Connecting with craftsmanship
We explore vineyards to uncover the secrets of the vine: its terroir, its sunshine, its growing methods… but above all the soul and passion of those who shape it.
Wines from grower-winemakers, chosen one by one, and tasting workshops to understand what is in the glass.
Every bottle comes from an estate we know: its terroir, its craft, the person who makes it.

For fifteen years, we have been running blind tasting workshops to introduce people to oenology and awaken them to the emotions of terroir. From beginners to connoisseurs, everyone leaves with the technical sheets and can order the bottles they have tasted.
The five formats in detail: our workshops. Any questions? Write to us.
We explore vineyards to uncover the secrets of the vine: its terroir, its sunshine, its growing methods… but above all the soul and passion of those who shape it.
Wherever possible, we favour “ethical” wines: natural, biodynamic, certified organic or in conversion, and only rarely from conventional farming.
We favour grower-winemakers over négociants: farmer, winemaker and merchant, three inseparable trades for a true expression of terroir, from the vine to the glass.

Our commitments in actionA meal cooked in your home, each dish paired with the wine that brings it out. On request for a quote, in Lyon.
“The sun, with all those planets revolving around it and dependent on it, can still ripen a bunch of grapes as if it had nothing else in the universe to do.”
