Description
A Burgundian by birth, Bruno Lafon settled in the Languedoc some twenty years ago to write his own story. His wines, from organically farmed vines, focus on fruit, freshness and immediate pleasure.
Le Fruit Défendu white is mainly a blend of grenache blanc and colombard, with a small touch of muscat. The grapes are harvested at night and gently pressed, with no time in oak.
Nose of citrus, honeysuckle and white melon; dry, zesty palate with notes of grapefruit and orange peel.
