Description

Château Bonnet is a family estate in the north of Beaujolais, known at Vino Veritas for its crus: Moulin-à-Vent, Chénas, Juliénas and Saint-Amour. Every autumn it also offers this Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau, certified organic.

Made exclusively from Gamay, it comes from the Beaujolais-Villages appellation, in the north of the region, on mainly granite soils that give primeur wines a little more structure than a Beaujolais Nouveau. It is made in the traditional primeur way, by semi-carbonic maceration, to preserve the fruit and freshness.

Expect a vivid red colour, a nose of crunchy red fruit (cherry, raspberry, redcurrant) and a supple, juicy, thirst-quenching palate.

2026 vintage – official release on Thursday 19 November 2026. Beaujolais Nouveau may only be handed over to customers from the third Thursday of November: you can reserve it now, and it will be shipped or delivered from that date.

Serve between 12 and 14 °C, with Lyonnais charcuterie, saucisson brioché, poultry or fresh cheeses. Best enjoyed in the months following its release.
