Description

This wine shows all the richness and finesse of this emblematic grape variety. From the very first nose, generous aromas of ripe apricot, white peach and white flowers emerge, typical of Viognier. The palate is full and silky, supported by a lovely freshness that balances the indulgent fruit.

Perfectly controlled ageing produces an elegant, round wine of great aromatic purity. The long, delicately persistent finish reveals light notes of citrus and honey.

A charming, generous wine, ideal:

• as an aperitif,

• with fish, in a sauce or grilled,

• creamy poultry dishes,

• or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.

Ready to drink now, but can develop for another 2 to 3 years in the cellar to gain complexity.
