Local terroir in Roussillon: grapes from the Agly valley, grown on clay-schist and clay-limestone soils.
Harvest: By hand
Winemaking: Hand-picked into small crates, sorted in the vineyard. Short maceration of 6–7 days. Fermentation at 23–25°C.
