Description
Château Bois d’Arlène is a young Vacqueyras estate, run by a passionate couple from Seattle with the support of a local winegrowing family. The vines, planted on terraces of rounded pebbles, are farmed without herbicides or pesticides.
With “Ceci n’est pas orange”, the estate plays with convention: a skin-macerated white (an “orange” wine), to share as an aperitif or with spicy dishes.
Technical sheet:
• Vin de France, skin-contact white
• Grapes from organic farming
• Serving: 11–13 °C
• Pairings: aperitif, Asian or spicy cuisine, mature cheeses
