Description
A winemaker from the northern Rhône Valley, Jean-François Jacouton works Syrah and white grape varieties on the granite slopes of the right bank of the Rhône.
Cornas is the southernmost appellation of the northern Rhône, reserved for Syrah. Terre de Feu combines lovely red and black fruit with a marked granitic minerality, smoky and liquorice notes and velvety tannins. It benefits from a few years in the cellar.
