Description
Arnaud Boué founded his house in 2018 in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, after some ten years spent at several Burgundy estates and vintages in New Zealand and South Africa. He seeks fresh, precise wines that let the terroir speak rather than overripeness, and works with organically grown grapes.
Côte de Nuits-Villages wines come from villages at either end of the Côte de Nuits. This organic Pinot Noir, vinified with the pursuit of freshness characteristic of the house, offers a lovely snapshot of the Nuits style: precise fruit, spicy notes and a concentrated palate.
