Description
100% Colombard, around 25 years old, planted in clay-limestone. Direct pressing of hand-harvested grapes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for a week and aged as is. And then the wine is bottled.
Refreshing fruit flavours such as fresh young apples. There are also refreshing herbal notes such as apple and mint, along with a salty taste. A refreshing wine with a good balance between lively acidity and a bitter aftertaste.
The cuvée’s name comes from the lyrics of Brigitte Bardot’s famous song “Au revoir notre été”.
