Harvest in early September to preserve the freshness of the grapes, light pressing and skin contact for just one day, fermentation in fibreglass and ageing in concrete: simple steps, but carried out to perfection, resulting in an extremely enjoyable white. The “Cuvée Roussanne” white wine from Les Chemins de Bassac offers a pleasant mouthful you never tire of.
