Description
Arnaud Boué founded his house in 2018 in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, after some ten years spent at several Burgundy estates and vintages in New Zealand and South Africa. He seeks fresh, precise wines that let the terroir speak rather than overripeness, and works with organically grown grapes.
This Coteaux Bourguignons is 100% Gamay, from organic grapes. Arnaud Boué makes it into a light, easy-drinking wine that keeps the freshness and crunch of the grape variety.
Fresh red fruit (strawberry, raspberry), a supple, well-balanced palate: a thirst-quenching red, to be served lightly chilled.
