Description
Arnaud Boué founded his house in 2018 in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, after some ten years spent at several Burgundy estates and vintages in New Zealand and South Africa. He seeks fresh, precise wines that let the terroir speak rather than overripeness, and works with organically grown grapes.
From soils of clay, stones and silt that bring depth and structure, this Nuits-Saint-Georges is given long ageing in previously used oak barrels to preserve the purity of the Pinot Noir.
A nose of fresh red fruit, flowers, herbs and sweet spices; a lively palate with firm, finely textured tannins and a long finish that is both fruity and earthy. A wine for ageing.
