Description
Domaine Montesquiou is a family estate in Jurançon, founded in 1732 and handed down from generation to generation. Since 2002 it has been run by the brothers Sébastien and Fabrice Bordenave-Montesquiou, on around 4.5 hectares of hillsides facing the Pyrenees. The estate is in conversion to organic farming.
Cuvade Préciouse is a dry Jurançon made from Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and Camaralet, a rare local grape variety. The cuvée is barrel-aged and will keep for several years.
It offers a lovely aromatic range, between floral notes and ripe yellow fruit, with great freshness on the palate and discreet oak.
