Owner(s) and history
While Dominique Sirot was studying literature and Alexis Soulat agronomy, these two friends secretly dreamt of becoming winemakers. When they met on an estate in Corsica, they came up with the plan of settling in the Loire, convinced of the immense potential of the Anjou terroir. In 2014 they bought vines and set off on the great adventure.
