Corbières AOP – Domaine Sainte Marie des Crozes – Timéo – red

Following one’s passion all the way: that is how the Timéo cuvée came to be. Taking the best of our terroir and vinifying the grapes by hand, like a craftsman of flavour. As for the name, we could imagine nothing other than the name of our first grandson, born the same year: Timéo.

The colour is deep purple with violet highlights. The nose is remarkably fine and complex, blending aromas of small red fruits and spices with notes of coconut and menthol that evoke freshness. The palate is perfectly balanced. The attack is dense and smooth. Very fine, velvety tannins together with good acidity give this cuvée excellent length on the palate.
