Alsace AOP – Les Frères Engel – Orange in Alsace – orange

14,90 €

This so-called orange wine is a skin-macerated white wine. The process involves fermenting the grapes with their skins. On the whole, these are easier-drinking wines, dominated by a lovely freshness. A pretty golden-orange colour, slightly cloudy because the wine is unfiltered. The nose offers pleasant peppery notes. The palate opens on spicy notes, with hints of tea coming through. The finish is dense and persistent, with notes of candied orange and quince. This cuvée will pair perfectly with your cheeses or as an aperitif!

Excessive drinking is harmful to your health. Please drink responsibly.
