Only the must from the first juices and the heart of the pressing is selected to make up the blend of our Rollier cuvée, which is just 80% of the grape juice extracted. A wine to savour at all your moments of pleasure.

100% of the grapes that make up this cuvée come from our estate’s clay-limestone terroir. They are sorted in the vineyard and picked at daybreak to preserve as much freshness and aroma as possible. Pressing is slow and gentle, followed by static settling and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Once blended, the wine is aged for several months in tank on fine lees before bottling.
