Deep, rich aroma with notes of flint – The taste is fresh and mineral, with pleasant acidity and fruit. No “wine gum”. The aftertaste is wonderfully dry, fresh and lingering. Jacouton perfectly captures the terroir and clearly shows his style through the abundance of flint and minerality found in the wine.
