A beautiful bouquet of red and black fruit, a very well-balanced palate, fresh with sweet spices and liquorice… The tannins are beautifully integrated, and the substance is supple and easy to drink. A real treat!

Grape varieties: 50% Grenache Noir – 40% Carignan Noir – 10% Syrah
Pairing: simple dishes, grilled meat, couscous or chicken basquaise. But a fillet of sea bass with olives will also suit it perfectly.
Ageing: This wine will improve over 3 to 5 years.
Serving: Don’t hesitate to serve it slightly cool (16°C); it will have time to warm up in the glass.
