Eau de vie – Domaine Laballe – Blanche Armagnac

Description

Eau De Vie lays claim to the history of France’s oldest brandy, Armagnac. It is also an opportunity to recall the origins of the Domaine de Laballe vineyard, planted exclusively with “piquepoult” until the 19th century. Wiped out by the phylloxera invasion and never replanted, it was not until 2017 that the Folle Blanche grape was reintroduced, out of a duty to remember and for the undeniable quality of its aromas.
