Béatrice and Pascal vinify each plot according to its terroir. Here we have Les Puys, which comes from one of their finest vineyards, on limestone soil. This gives elegance and finesse to the Cabernet Franc and helps to balance the richly fruity palate.

Dark red colour. The nose is very elegant, dominated by notes of very ripe blackcurrant, while keeping a lovely minty freshness. The palate is wonderfully indulgent thanks to well-ripened fruit, yet it remains taut and thirst-quenching. Its tannins are mellow and silky, giving it lovely richness and flawless balance.
At the table, with roast pigeon or duck breast with cranberry sauce.
