Description
This French-style IPA showcases a selection of French hops with strong aromatic potential and a high alpha-acid content. Their profile, dominated by essential oils (myrcene, humulene, caryophyllene), clearly dominates the malt backbone, which is deliberately light and moderately sweet.
On the nose, there is an aromatic intensity carried by tropical esters (lychee, grapefruit, lime), over a subtle floral base. The attack on the palate is clean and lively, then moves towards a persistent bitterness, structured by notes of pine resin and dry wood. The finish is dry and long, leaving a complex aromatic imprint typical of well-controlled dry-hopping.
