A lovely bright golden colour with silvery highlights. The nose is fruity and aromatic, with notes of yellow fruit and honey. The palate is soft and fruity, dry but not crisp. Slightly round in style. Serve as an aperitif, or with pan-fried scallops with mushrooms and Parmesan, or a salmon steak with saffron sauce. Also pairs well with semi-fresh goat’s cheeses and desserts made with seasonal fruit.
