I had an excellent evening in the company of a convivial and warm group. The selection of Burgundy Premier Cru wines was quite simply remarkable, offering a wonderful variety of flavours and aromas. Each tasting was enhanced by delicious little verrines, perfectly matched to the wines. The explanations given were clear and enriching, accompanied by detailed sheets highlighting the specific features of the Burgundy crus. An experience as enjoyable as it was instructive – one to repeat without hesitation!
