This India Pale Lager IPL, generously hopped with French hops (cascade and chinnok), is identical to an India Pale Ale (top fermentation at 20°), with one small difference.
The ale yeast has been replaced by a lager yeast (bottom fermentation at 12°), which makes the beer easier to drink.
